ok so this is just my starting weight but I weight 91.1kg so yeah wish me luck

ok well I now weight 89.5 I don't belive the scales though, how could I loose that much weight in a week, especially when I was eating chocolate this weekend because of easter, I wieghted myself 4 times the first time read as 88.5 then straight after i weighted myself again and it was 89.5 the the other 2 times was the same so yeah, I expect i will be putting on weight this week because of the chocolate and other stuff I ate on the weekend, see confessions for the rest of my sins

yeah I know that can happen lol I, that's what usually makes me stop my diet also when I loose nothing that can stop me too but, thanbks for the encouragement I'm not going to let it beat me this time!!!!

last week when I weighed myself I was 89.5 now I'm 89.3, I didn't loose much this week but it's still a loss

yes that's for sure, the slow way is the best way it also helps us be able to keep it off for longer!!!

Hey Jess!! A loss is a loss....i know what u mean about a small loss getting us down and causing the "give up" effect....and i believe its a test
that many of us go through. If we can learn to just keep going....there is no way that we cant reach our goals!!

ok last week was 89.3, this week is 88.1, that is a loss of 1.2kg, I'm very happy with that! :D
