Grrr! 800g increase!!! Faulty scales for the first weigh-in when I recorded 61kgs is my only excuse
coz I've really been good and not cheated, except today when I had 2 yogurts and 2 low fat crackers for snacks, whereas I would normally have one yogurt and 2 crackers. Come on weight - you've not got far to go!
On a different note, all my work colleagues are telling me that I have lost enough and that I'm getting too thin, but at 5ft 2 and weighing 61.8kgs is still too big for my frame - when I was at my slimmest I was 45kgs, but that would make me too haggard as I have to take my advanced years into account - 44 in May. I'm quite happy to settle for 55kgs. I have a slim lower body but my upper body is still quite hefty - I'm big breasted with broad shoulders and back and still have quite a large fat wodge which follows a line on a level with my breasts all around to my back. I'm exercising to get rid of this, but it's taking time.
