Last week - 69.5kg
This week 69.5kg.

Well you all know me well and truly by now and know that it is a slow and painful thing to watch me try to shed even half a kilo!!!! So it's expected that I will spend at least a month at 69.5!!! So another week or so guys......then maybe we will see a change!!! :lol:

I'm starting the Tony Ferguson diet again.

Last week - 96.0 kgs
This week - 95.5 kgs

My goodness, it has been a while since I've done a weigh-in! I am now back up to 91kg!

Starting Tony Freguson diet tomorrow with Dolly and Hayley D - can't wait to see some results.

I will add my waist measurements in once they've been taken, so I can compare next week.

This week 84kg

and another one bites the dust....
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).

I didn't weigh in last week as it was my birthday and I didn't go to the weigh and measure and plus I've decided to stop going to the personal training programme I was going to because I've realised it's going to take months to gain only a few measly kilos :( :oops: and keep them on. I'm going to my doctor this week to see if he can help.

will weigh in tomorrow.
