Hay thanks for all the encouragement guys - I am totally loving WW.
I opted for the points rather then the core - much more easier for me. I got ETools (ww online program) and it is fantastic. I just plan my day and away I go.
Just finished cooking a recipe from my free WW cookbook I got - looks exactly like it should. Just hoping that DH and DD's eat it!!
My bestie only lost 0.8kg so she was a little annoyed at her self. But we are both motivated so hopefully next week will be a better one for her and a good one for me!
