Thigh Busting Thursdays

Hi all... I am new to the forum. I have been around for a little while just browsing and admiring the fantastic advice, encouragment and support from all the wonderful people on this forum... so i thought i would get in on the game and share my story!

I started Jenny Craig 4 weeks ago!

Lost
1.8kg in my first week
1.1kg in my second
Had a shocker and put on 600grams in my third
1.5kg in my fourth!

My next weigh in is this Thursday so i am extra motivated to exercise more and focus on my goals!

Hi Leah & welcome to the forum. Well done on your efforts so far on Jenny Craig. This forum is full of supportive & encouraging people which is a huge help for loosing weight.

Well had a bit of a dissapointing week! Only lost 400grams! Need to work harder next week! :oops:

NM leah 400 g is a good loss,any is better than a gain :) Good luck for next week

yeah i agree, you cant let those weeks get you down when you only loose a small number or gain a bit.. do we know your starting weight? you need a weight trigger :idea:

Wow, it looks like jenny craig's program has already helped you a lot. Aim for 20 more lbs in next week :lol:

Hi Leah

I too joined Jenny Craig 4 weeks ago aswell ! Have lost 4.3 kgs so far. Had a week of losing 4oo grams and felt ripped off but a loss is better than a gain !

Finding I am eating ALL the time, but it's nice and healthy and good variety. My weigh in days are on a tuesday. Haven't given the day a nick name yet but I am sure I will in time.
