Hello Guys & Gal's,
Apart from keeping a thread going in the progress section, I thought I might add some inspiration to myself by recording my weekly results whether they be good, bad or downright ugly!
Also, I have been weighing myself almost daily which I know is an unhealthy habit to get into, so I'm gonna try really hard to break the habit & weigh only once a week.
So, my official weigh-in day will be on Fridays, first thing in the morning (after wee's) & as naked as possible so as to get a 'real' result.
So todays 'official' start weight is.....64.7kgs.
