Hey,
Weighed in this morning and I've lost a kilo!! I had a sneak peak through the week and was down half a kilo which I was really happy with but to loose a whole kilo was even better!! I put it down to a renewed focus on exercise, Chris helped me do up a plan and I'm sticking to it as much as possible. Basically my routine is to do some intense exercise throughout the day and then go for a long walk with him in the evening, and its working :) Exercising more helps me make better choices when I'm eating too, as I don't want to wreck all my hard effort with a momentary pleasure like junk food.

Starting weight: 80kg
Week 1: 78kg -2kg
Week 2: 77.5 -0.5kg
Week 3: 76.5 -1kg
Week 4: 76 -0.5kg
Week 5: 75.75 -0.25kg
Week 6: 75 -0.75kg
Week 7: 75kg
Week 8: 74kg -1kg (exercising for at least an hour a day, eating 3 healthy main meals and not snacking in between)

Its great to see the numbers go down, but I'm also feeling better from exercising and have noticed a difference in my clothes too :)

Till next week,
Jane

Thanks Shalimar, yeah its a fantastic feeling to see the numbers go down :) Makes all the effort and exercise worthwhile :)
And on that note, I lost another kilo this week :D:D:D:D:D YAY SO I've lost 7 kilos all up :D Very Very happy!!!!

Starting weight: 80kg
Week 1: 78kg -2kg
Week 2: 77.5 -0.5kg
Week 3: 76.5 -1kg
Week 4: 76 -0.5kg
Week 5: 75.75 -0.25kg
Week 6: 75 -0.75kg
Week 7: 75kg
Week 8: 74kg -1kg
Week 9: 73kg -1kg (exercise timetable, more conscious eating)

This week I started following an exercise timetable where I put in all the social events etc for the week and then worked out when I could exercise around them, it really worked as I still got 7 work outs in (alot more than usual) while having relatives stay at our place, and not being able to do all the scheduled ones! Gonna continue with that as it really helps my head stick to the weight loss thing. Was also just thinking that the sheer fact that I have kept at this for 9 weeks is an accomplishment in itself for me!! I never realised but usually I only stuck to weight loss things for 2 maybe 3 weeks tops but the forum has really helped me realise its ok to have an off week, but what matters is that you come back and finish what you've started :) Hope everyone has a fantastic week :D

Lots of love,
Jane

Well I thought it was about time I did some more measurements- only problem is that this time i measured in centimeters but last time I did it in inches?~? But anyway I'm gonna stick with cm cuz thats what I had planned to do originally...no wonder the numbers sounded weird to me last time, but anyway these are my new results;

Bust:104
Waist: 81
Belly: 100
Hips: 103
Thigh: 61
Arm: 33

So overall with converting the old numbers to cm it looks as though I've lost a few cm from some of my measurements :) To be honest, I was kinda expecting a little bit more, but I am still loosing so thats good. I was really happy with my belly measurement,as I've lost 5cm from that area since last time :) Waist and bust are still pretty much the same, but maybe next time they'll have shrunk a bit. Going for a run now, weigh in is tomorrow- but I'll be happy to just maintain 73 as I had a kilo loss in both of the previous 2 weeks so I think my body might be just getting used to this new low weight.

:) Jane.

Bit of a late weigh in as I wasn't 100% sure if the scales were right, but its the same thing again this morning which means I've lost another 500g :) Have only just started my mini 2 week challenge so am hoping for another loss next week :)

Starting weight: 80kg
Week 1: 78kg -2kg
Week 2: 77.5 -0.5kg
Week 3: 76.5 -1kg
Week 4: 76 -0.5kg
Week 5: 75.75 -0.25kg
Week 6: 75 -0.75kg
Week 7: 75kg
Week 8: 74kg -1kg
Week 9: 73kg -1kg
Week 10: 72.5 -0.5kg (exercise timetable, minimum one hour of exercise a day, incidental exercise, taking fat metaboliser)

Its weird, sometimes I start feeling like a failure and thinking I won't be able to do it, but looking back on the last ten weeks that type of thinking doesn't reflect what has actually happened...so I need to keep in mind that I have lost 7.5kg and I will be able to lose the rest!

Till next week,
Jane

Hey guys, another loss this week :) Didn't get quite as much exercise as I had planned this week but we still went to a spin class, climbed a mountain, went swimming, did c25k, and lots of walking :)...

Starting weight: 80kg
Week 1: 78kg -2kg
Week 2: 77.5 -0.5kg
Week 3: 76.5 -1kg
Week 4: 76 -0.5kg
Week 5: 75.75 -0.25kg
Week 6: 75 -0.75kg
Week 7: 75kg
Week 8: 74kg -1kg
Week 9: 73kg -1kg
Week 10: 72.5 -0.5kg
Week 11: 71.5 -1kg

Yay another kilo gone :) What amazes me more though is that I've been doing this for 11 weeks!!In some ways it doesn't feel that long and in others feels like i've been doing it forever :D This next week will be an interesting weigh in as I'm starting a new job but still want to keep to my goal of doing one hour of exercise a day :)

Hey,
Lost another 500g this week :) So thats cool. Feels so surreal that in a week or so I'll be down to 70 and will be half way with my weight loss, which is really cool cuz it doesn't feel like I have been doing this for a long time but I'm really happy with my progress :)

Starting weight: 80kg
Week 1: 78kg -2kg
Week 2: 77.5 -0.5kg
Week 3: 76.5 -1kg
Week 4: 76 -0.5kg
Week 5: 75.75 -0.25kg
Week 6: 75 -0.75kg
Week 7: 75kg
Week 8: 74kg -1kg
Week 9: 73kg -1kg
Week 10: 72.5 -0.5kg
Week 11: 71.5 -1kg
Week 12: 71kg -0.5kg

Started the monster motivator on Monday and have another one tonight and Friday so I'm hoping to see some good results with next weeks weigh in :)

Love, Jane
Jane :)
