Its a free thing my gym does- 4 weeks of group personal training 3 times a week. Its really good and pushes you hard :) For more details n stuff about it I normally write in my personal progress section about it (Hippyshakes fun filled journey)

I've been reading your personal progress thread, but i've just looked at your weight loss one, your going so well!!!! Nearly half way there, you should be so proud :)

No loss this week :( Which totally sucks- I have been doing exercise and all, but it might be because I am putting on muscle. Although I did have 2 days that were not good calorie wise :? and its sucks to think that might be why I don't have a loss this week. But I'm not gonna give up or give in to the negativity- just gonna keep on recording my intake and exercise and try my best for a loss next week :)

Starting weight: 80kg
Week 1: 78kg -2kg
Week 2: 77.5 -0.5kg
Week 3: 76.5 -1kg
Week 4: 76 -0.5kg
Week 5: 75.75 -0.25kg
Week 6: 75 -0.75kg
Week 7: 75kg
Week 8: 74kg -1kg
Week 9: 73kg -1kg
Week 10: 72.5 -0.5kg
Week 11: 71.5 -1kg
Week 12: 71kg -0.5kg
Week 13: 71kg (no loss, possibly muscle gain, or punishment for eating evil muffins on sunday and monday)

I promise that next week will be better!

It has to be muscle gain. So what if you went over your cals 2 days out of 7, check out CK & you will see you have most definately burned more cals than over consumed over the course of the week.

Your moster motivator is really pushing you to do more so it has to be muscle gain. How do you feel this week?

Lastly remember no loss isn't the end of the world, at least you didn't gain! Chin up & add some more smiles in there :D 8)

Actually I am feeling better as I used the feeling bad to motivate me and go out for a run- 25mins of mostly running so I'm really happy with that :) I've only just started logging stuff on calorie king since monday so by next week I'll have a good idea of how many calories I actually consume. Gonna take some measurements now...and hopefully I've lost some cm cuz that would be cool :)

Ok so my new measurements at 71kg are:

Bust: 102
Waist: 79
Belly: 92
Hips: 100.5
Thigh: 60.5
Arm: 33.5

With most of them I've lost a few cm, but with my belly I've lost 8cm since last time :shock: which is good to see because I was worried I wasn't shifting any weight in that area at all! Lol- just goes to show that you can't be your own judge! I'm also somewhere in between a 14 and a 12 at the moment- if people would only make a size 13 that would be great :P cuz 14s are falling off me (literally) but 12's are too tight to be comfortable enough to wear. Am really looking forward to loosing a few more kilos and fitting into 12's as I haven't worn that size in years!

Thats EXCELLENT Jane!!! See, you are losing weight and gaining muscle :) The cm's lost proves that!! You can't just take what the scales say at face value :)

Losing weight isn't about just measuring your weight on the scales. You measure your weight loss with a combination of 3 measurements.
1) how much you weigh
2) how your body shape is changing
3) most importantly... how you feel.

Keep up the good work :)

If only muscle didn't weigh more than fat, you would have had a good loss weight wise as well.

Still on 71 :( However I did have a big weekend and maybe with the closer calorie counting and increased exercise I might have lost weight by the weekend- Just want to be rid of this plateau!!! Feels like such a waste of time being stuck on a plateau when I want to loose weight for the wedding but suppose there isn't a lot I can do about it :( Hoping next week will show a loss...

Yay I've broken the plateau and am now 70kg :) So happy that all the exercise has paid off :) I'm gonna be working my butt off and hope to see continuous losses :) Only 11 weeks till we get married and I want as much of this weight gone by then as possible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
