I agree- when you are putting in so much effort only loosing 500g a week (or nothing some weeks for me) just feels awful! But it is good to get the whole picture which is why I keep a record of it every week and add it to the list
I saw 2 people at work today that I know and they didn't recognise me! Lol it was the weirdest thing but kinda cool to think I must look different
