I decided I'd go back and calculate the cms I've lost so far:
I think I'm having an off day today though, even though I am happy with the results so far I feel like I should have achieved more, but maybe its just being annoyed that the scales went up to 70kg again today even though I've been working my butt off
The only 'bad' thing I've had this week has been sundried tomatoes but that wouldn't make you put on weight?!? Who knows- I just really need to get rid of the scales. Am thinking I'll give them to Chris to hide. I'm also thinking about taking another progress pic, but am not sure if I want to yet- last time I did it was very discouraging as I couldn't see any difference so I'm worried that if I take more I will be even more thrown off track
What do you guys think?
