I put on 200grams this week, not entirely sure how it happened, seriously i have been very good this week, so i can only assume perhaps a week before that time of the month? Can u actually weigh a little more around that time with fluid?
thanx guys, this week i was very sick with some awful bug (still recovering) so i didnt eat an awful lot. I will take the loss into account and watch what i eat when i get my appetite back so hopefully wont gain too much back.
I put on 400grams this week, i expected as much as i virtually had a binge week and no self control. Today i have started back on the salads etc, so heres hoping next mondays weigh in will stay the same. I wont update my ticker to reflect this weeks gain, too depressing.
