Hey all, I am new here and have been reading through all your post, very inspiring!!
So I thought I would get my own going to try and keep me focused & on track!!

A bit about myself.....well a couple of yr's ago I lost about 12kgs or more (I stopped weighing myself once I got ova 75kgs I know I got heavier!) but I’m not back to 70kgs & I wanna nip this thing in the butt, my goal is to get to 58kgs I’m giving myself till may 2009 (which is when ur holiday 2 Bali is, need 2 b bikini ready!) I know it's ages away but I hope that I will b up 2 the maintance stage by then...& I don't want to put to much pressure on myself cuz that’s when always end up giving up and going on my crazy binges lol!
Now that's enough ramberling time to get to work

I'm a bit worried bout my 1st weigh in on wed, manly 4 the fact that I had a lil 2 drink on fri & than a lot on sat!!!I tried to equal out what i was going to drink by climbing a mountain, hahah yes a mountain! (Good fun even tho I was way behind ever1 else! the view was amazing well worth it, I highly recommend!) butttt I think I may have drank & ate more than that!!! (I don't even wanna think bout what I ate)
I’m gonna have to give up going out, I will try and not drink till I reach my goal! Well maybe I few on special occasions....com on have 2 b realistic lol

It’s hard when nearly all my friend’s r thin and they eat more than I do! No jk what the!! Soooo unfair y can't we all b like that! I need to learn that just cuz they r having …..whateva doesn’t mean I do!!! Need to stay focused it's only the 1st wk!!!!!!

wish me luck!!(as long as i don't gain!....pls pls noooooo gain)

13.5 kg? It means you need to lose 27 lbs more. 3-5 months should be enough but usually we lose our motivation in our 2nd or 3rd months. be careful
