Just stay positive! Hard I know but 1 wk is nothing & if u don't lose this wk so what! There is always next wk, time is on ur side. I used to hate cross trainer 2 but there such a good work out, & u know every 3min u train over ur best time creates a new fitness level so just start small and work ur way up when I 1st started I could only do 5min lol, but in no time I could easily do 20 min on level 8, (yay) u can do it!
