Lost 35kilos a couple of years ago and trying to lose last 13-14. This week started the '3 day diet' - is very healthy and stuff i eat anyway and like, has all food groups in it as well. well lost 3kilos (probably water weight i know) first three days, will post back in one week for proper weigh in. then you just eat healthily 95% of the rest of the four days. so, 74 kilos to 71 kilos thus far..
