Tommorrow is weigh in day and I am feeling particularly nervous tonight. I have been good or so I thought, but am worried that if I dont show a good loss the old habits will return. The thoughts of falling off the wagon if I dont lose have returned and I have only been at it 2 weeks. I am trying to stay positive but old habits are hard to break.
Need to get motivated.

Curvygirl; I'm sure you will have a loss!!! You said you've been good, so your bound to. But incase you haven't, don't stress it! Whether you lose some, stay the same or gain a bit, you've still made a lifestyle change, and i'm sure its alot healther than what it used to be. Which means your still moving forward, even if its not on the scales, its in your health and thats something you can't really measure but its happening :)

Hey!! Those are fantastic numbers! Well done so far!
I understand the motivation thing...its important that you dont see small losses as failure ...because every loss is a sucess!!! and maintaining is a sucess aswell...
keep at it because you WILL get the results! :D

I have just had a small handful of macadamia nuts I bought from a farm today. I though that a small handful would be OK but just checked on CK and wait for it ............................ I just ate 3900kjs in one go. I will be way over today. I have to weigh tommorrow because I will be busy on my normal weigh in day MOnday. I hope that this will not affect my weight loss too much

I measured them out and a hand full was like 3/4 of a cup. Even it it was only 2500 kjs still alot to waste on nuts. They were yummy but not that yummy.

I thought nuts were good for you? Were they salted ones or ones that had anything else added to them?

nuts r good 4 u in moderation. they r high in natural fats - the goods that's why they r a high kj food. Also good source of protein.
