Congrats on the loss! Any loss is a good loss, and considering you lost such a massive number last week, I think you oughta be thrilled that you lost AGAIN! :)

Good luck on getting some new shoes! Go to Athlete's Foot, it is really great getting sneakers properly fitted, you really notice the difference!

Yeah I've decided i'll go to athletes foot!! I looked at their website and they have a lot of different shoes in my sizes and price range so thats good :) Unlike a few other stores where the min price of shoes is $150 (cough.. footlocker and rebel sports ..cough). I'm not sure what kind of shoe I should go for. I do mainly walking, but i also want to do running. Maybe a cross trainer would be better as a friend of mine are also thinking about trying tennis!!!

i would recommend going to a shop like athletes foot to get some good shoes.It makes so much difference and i know that if i didnt have good shoes i wouldnt be able to walk as much as i do.All the best, and congrats on the loss,well done. :)

Yeah i'm going to get some shoes from rebel sports today :) I looked on athletes foot's website yesterday and found several nice pairs in my price range. But when I got there yesterday afternoon they didn't have anything under $150!!!!!!! What a rip off. But i've found a good pair in rebel sports for $80 so thats ok :)

I'm weighing in a day late as i've been busy and kind of fallen off the band wagon a bit.

LW: 113.3kg
TW: 113.1kg
Loss: 200g

Its still a loss. I'm guessing its because of friday night. 6-7 vodka cruisers, wedges and mcdonalds on the way home. Then saturday I went on a picnic with ex and ate too many rolls (2 x vegemite and cheese.. 2 x ham cheese and onion). And then sunday I ended up picking at roast meat for breakfast AND lunch. So not too good of a weekend, but yesterday was perfect and today is alright, i'm not sticking to plan but i'm eating less than my plan so thats ok. Just not very hungry today. But i'm making banana muffins :)

You are right, it is still a loss. You have had an easy going weekend with your eating, so nothing else to do but to jump right back on that wagon you fell off :P Best of luck for next weeks weigh in.

Yeah my weigh ins are weird. I've noticed a trend that if I have a small weigh in one week, the next one will be massive. Like a few weeks ago I had a small loss one week and the next week I lost 3.1kg! And then the last two weeks have been small losses, but I think this week will be a big one. I weighed 112.5kg this morning.

Also can't wait to get to 111kg as then I can put a new charm on by bracelet :) My kitty wont be all alone anymore! And also 111.5kg is a big one too as thats one of my big goals to be out of the morbid obese range.

OK so I thought I better weigh in because if I didn't I wouldn't learn from my bad eating.

Loss: 100g

Atleast there is still a loss. Last 3 weeks have been very small losses. Can't wait to get back on track!!!! Hoping for atleast a 1kg loss this week, that will allow me to get another charm for my bracelet :) And be out of the morbidly obese category.
