LOL I don't know!!!! I went out for dinner sat nite had chicken parma, chips and garlic bread and alcohol, and then ate a sandwich later that night, yesterday was ok but i had some potato chips but still the loss!!!!
I think alot of it was fluid drop now that TOTM is finished. that and the running i've been doing i think
pretty hopeful that i'll reach under 100 by my 21st
i calculate i'd have to lose atleast 1kg each week inbetween now and my birthday, and that would put me at 99.9kg on the 13th of april lol my birthdays the 15th of april so that would be good
mind you, that means if i lose moer than 1kg each week that i'll be even lower
i'm also glad that my mums set up another goal target for me! i don't know what weight i'll strive for yet i have to work out whats reasonable, but she wants to come over for her birthday in august so thats another weight i can plan to be by then
and then theres christmas on the other side, hoping to be at goal weight by christmas. that would take a 1.1kg loss every week until christmas, and that might not be realistic, but, if i have a bigger loss one week and a smaller one the next, it still works out ok doesn't it. or if i have a few weeks of big losses and then i'd be ahead.
