Your not letting anyone down!! I'm sure you'll do great :) Any loss is a loss remember, and don't write yourself off yet! If you feel you've been a little naughty try to squeeze some extra exercise in maybe?

We're only human, we can't be perfect. A few slip ups wont hurt. If your weigh in isn't as great as you think it should be, don't worry. You've identified a problem, so your still heading in the right direction. Theres no harm in saying "I slipped up, but I had to slip up to learn from that". Think about how you feel now next time you feel yourself wanting to be a little naughty. :)

Hi, this is my first entry in the weight loss forum. Have gained 15 kilos after baby no 2 so I have been exercising for 2 months to loose some of it. 2 kgs gone but need more! So I am here looking for fabbo tips and tricks to stop me for failing! Would love to have a slinky body for a poolside christmas day with the kids.

hi all just letting you know i had my first weigh in today. lost 1.5kg in the 1st week. i hoped for a lot more but am really happy with the result. thanks for all the support. it's been great having the help from people that understand.

one trick i am trying that may seem a little silly is while my son is sleeping during the day i am doing 1hour of wii fit and then we go for a walk. it seems to be helping tone the body and help with the weight looss.

thanks again for the advice and support will see how i go next week.

the wii fit is awesome!!! it is great for toning, how do you find the yoga? i love it! and the jogging :P the jogging has helped me up my fitness a little because i'm too scared to jog in public because parts of me will fly in places they're not meant to!!!!

Good on you Bigmamma. Exercise is not silly no matter how or when you are getting it. Keep up the good work. I am interested in this wii thing but not sure if they are really worth the money. I know everyone says they are great fun.
Need to get motivated.

hi all thanks for the encouragment.

WII fit is great. i don't think it's a waste. my son is 6 not over weight at all tall and thin he is but when it's raining outside and we can't go for a walk or to the park or even for a ride he can do exercise and he thinks it's great.

i find it really good because i won't go for runs outside because of my size buti can in my lounge. i can also do aerobics and muscle workouts. it cost less than a gym membership and i use it more than i would a gym membership.

it's good for the whole family. the yoga is great for the core and tonning up. i think it good.

good luck to eveyone out there and hope you all have a great weeks weight loss
