I'll be weighing-in on Saturdays, so here goes!

Start weight (9/8/08): 78 kg.

Main mini goal: Lose 5 kg by beginning of November.
Mini goal 2: Lose 1.5 kg by end of August.

Thanks so much! I'm trying not to get overly-ambitious this time because it's so disheartening to keep saying "Okay, I'm going to lose a kilo every week this month", then have a couple of slip-ups and fail, every time! So I'm starting small and hopefully it will be easier!
...although, of course, a kilo a week would be lovely too...heh.

Didn't end up weighing in this week, it's been crazy and stressful (a friend died over the weekend and my Grandfather is currently in hospital) and I haven't eaten properly or even really thought about it. I've decided to keep trying though, because I know that both my friend and my Grandfather would want me to be happy and healthy and look after my body. Still, I'm not going to weigh in until next week and give myself a chance to make a little progress. I'll also be joining a gym either this week or next, so hopefully that will bring about some changes for me.

So very sorry about your very bad week. At least you know that you can do this, and being stressed out is not a good time to weigh in.

This is my first major goal.
Next one is to get under 80kgs.
Finally, somewhere around 60kgs.
