Well done Zoe!! Imagine all that mushy fat turning into nice hard, calorie burning muscle...cos that's what's happening if you're losing only a little bit of weight but lots of cms.

I'm very proud of you!!

Are you doing bootcamp again next month?

think of it as half a kilo rather than 500gms as it makes it sound like a bigger loss. Well done & keep up the good work at boot camp :D

This bootcamp sounds terrifying yet enjoyable! What is it? What do you do each time you go?

My god, the fact that that information about it has pictures and not one person in those pictures is smiling, is amazing. It sounds deadly. I'd end up laying on the ground crying I think  It would be soooo much fun though!! You must feel like your in an army movie at the start going through boot camp etc :P

Thats very true Zoe, and well done! You'll find that this forum will keep you motivated! Well i've found that, because I have people to share my feats and accomplishments with that are going through the same thing, not just people around me who are already thin and wouldn't know what a diet is :P

it can be tough when your friends just can't understand (even if they want to), never having experienced it themselves. Most of my friends are like that (although I adore them). Luckily, my husbands best mate has a girlfriend who has had a similar past few years to me (left school, put on 25-30kg, and is just really unhappy with how she looks/feels) and we've started doing some things together, adn that really helps too. We've joined a commmunity-based Weight Loss Challenge (EVERY community should have these, it's been fantastic!!) which goes for 12 weeks and basically just educates people on proper nutrition and what your body needs. but i definitely love having the additional support of all of you online, i find you can be totally honest when you're typiong something into a computer rather than being face to face :D :D
