CUZZY'S Weekly Weigh In

I've been browsing here every night and I want to say very well done, I am amazed at all the successes people are having and I'm sure I can give it my all too.
So these are my goals
GW1-65ks in one month
GW2-60kgs in two months
GW3-55kgs in three months

I plan to be sensible, eat right and exercise when I can.
In the past I have failed because I was listening to the inner voice that said you can have that piece of cake, go on you deserve it. Now I will assert my voice until i am completely in control of my weight and lifestyle.

Haven't budged on the scales.

Have decided though to keep a tracker on the wall in the kitchen. For everyday that I do the right thing and stay under the fat limit I mark it green and on the other days orange.

SW: 175.0 kgs.
CW: 62 kgs-Hit goal 12 September 2009.

Hi, I didn't lose anything last week, but lost 1.4 kgs this week, so hopefully you will have a good loss next week. :D

This is my first major goal.
Next one is to get under 80kgs.
Finally, somewhere around 60kgs.
