I'm feeling really good right now. I did eat a small bowl of ice cream a few minutes ago though. I'm not too worried about that though. This morning I weighed less than the previous weight, I'm not telling how much, it would ruin the surprise
Though, I can actually feel my weight loss around my belly. It feels like my 'lower belly roll' is moving upwards and I'm getting more flat at the bottom. My wife is incredibly impressed by my calves and thighs. I am feeling really confident about my legs, however they hurt quite a bit due to my 4 day cycling routine (however it was even one way traffic each day).
I've been doing some weight lifting as well for the past one, maybe two weeks. Still trying to get a good routine in that. I've limited myself to just concentration curls for the past week and I think I feel my biceps growing a bit. I think I will keep going with this, and add some more exercises to my routine. I'm thinking triceps, shoulders and maybe a bit cheast. And I will keep doing the ab crunch routine, which probably helps in shaping my abs as well.
I'm actually feeling quite confident right now. I wouldn't have imagined I would feel like this when I started my weight loss journey. I've been going for nearly a month now, and I feel like my weight didn't drop from changing my eating patterns, but it dropped because of my cycling routine, which will even be improved in the upcoming weeks. Too be honest, I've been experimenting with coffee, tea, water, diet coke and you name the cold and warm drinks. Besides drinking enough water I can stick with coffee and diet coke, that's what I've found out.
Obviously not each body responds the same way to an exercise routine or drinking and eating routines. I feel like I'm about to find a perfect drinking and eating routine for mine. I'll have to adjust small bits and try some things out, but I think I'm not far off anymore
The exercise routine takes more time, I'll have to adjust much more, to exercise many more muscles besides just my biceps. Otherwise I'll be ending up with huge upper arms and tiny shoulders and cheast
