I'm new to this forum so I guess Ill just give an update of my total weight loss since the 4/9/08 which isn't that long ago really.
I just started eating healthy 3 good sized healthy meals a day with a carrot once or twice a day as a snack and just drank water.
As of today the 24/9/08 I've roughly lost about 5.5kg since the 4th of Sept 08 which I'm very happy with.
As for exercise I do cardio about 5 times a week but really its not much at all, either a 15minute walk or jump on the trampoline and weight training for 30-40 minutes twice a week. Goes to show it really isn't hard to lose the extra kilos.
I can already see results from just over 3 weeks! I'm already fitting into clothes that I havn't worn in 2-4 years coz they were too tight and now they fit perfect.
