Clare's Weekly Weigh In

Postby ClareG » Wed Oct 01, 2008 8:33 am

Week 1 = Loss 3.7kg
I feel great. Still high motivation. 7 days of under 1500 calories, and exercise 4/7 days. Drank 1.5 litres of water/day.
Lost 3cm around waist.
My husband just got 3 bags of 1kg icing sugar/flour etc out of the pantry and we both couldn't believe how much 3kgs is. No wonder I feel a little lighter, and have a bit more spring in my step.
:D

Still feel great. I didn't go over 1500 cals/day and drank at least 1l water/day.
I really need to up my exercise this week. My goal is to break a sweat 4/7 days.

I stayed the same weight this week :( I went away for 4 days, and ate out 3 nights. I really tried to be careful, and I didn't think I'd overdone it. I thought the fact that I was on my feet for 4 days straight would have helped me lose a little, but apparently not.
It is my next move that counts though - and I WILL NOT QUIT! I need to keep going, even when the reward of a loss isn't there to motivate me. I need to renew my focus of one day at a time. I will do this :?

Wow.. Being new here and all (apart from lurking that is) it's so motivating to read stuff like this. I didn't expect my heart to be racing and feeling the need to put on my runners and go for a walk. I'm wondering if it's only me who needs a bit of motivation from time to time.
