ok it has only been a week but I have lost 3kgs this week
And I did not exercise at all cos I have been too stuffed after running around at work
(I'm on the go all the time & am Speed walking there all day and on my feet all day)
Then coming home to housework before having to get the kids from school & doing the Mummy stuff.
The only thing I have done different is having a Up & Go on the way to work and eating lunch each day
And not just dinner like I have been doing for years.

Well Done Melissa! Great loss. Good on you. I am having a similar experience with exercise. By the time I have worked all day, picked up kids, dropped off kids, cooked dinner, done house work - I just can't seem to be stuffed. I did manage to get a couple of walks in, and a game of tennis - but I still feel that it's not enough. Oh well, I will see what effect it has on my weigh-in tomorrow morning. :?
