A gain for me this week but i'm not bothered by it. I knew I would gain as i've been under alot of stress and have done some emotional eating.
I had a really good talk to my WW leader and the other members today and come up with ways to stop emotional eating. I'm back on track this week. I'm so close and I don't want to undo all my hard work.
I was 74.6kg and this week i'm 75.1kg. No biggy.
