Ok, so jumped on scales today, one day late, no probs, still weigh 105kgs. Not bad, at least I didn't gain. I didn't exercise much at all last week. I ended up with bad blisters on the soles of both feet from a 12km bushwalk. I decided to give myself the week to heal. I still made sure I ate often and small serves, also drank plenty of water. I am suprised I didn't put on weigh.
Last weekend was a big big one. Over two nights I drank 4 bottles of wine. I started early and finished late!! Didn't really realise how much I was drinking, the top ups kept coming, would be easy to just blame my friends, lol. I suppose that happens from time to time. Was the biggest weekend for this year! Ok, I drank too much but I did not let my good eating go downhill, I ate sensibly, so I guess that must count for something.
Back to it this week though, aiming for another 5 day exercise week, at least 30 mins each day so yeah, will see how I go.
