12th Oct 108kgs
19th Oct 105kgs
26th Oct 105kgs
2nd Nov 103kgs
8th Nov 102kgs

Was a little disappointed but no probs. Hopefully next week I will manage to lose more, would be great to hit the 100! I am just glad I still lost, even if it was 1kg. :)
I did have trouble with eating this week. I am tired of having something in my stomachat all times. One night I actually forgot to eat dinner, remembered at around 9, way too late then, so I went without. Also been eating lunch around midday and not eating until 5 or after, so am skipping that afternoon snack. I am still dividing dinner into two smaller meals, have first half around 5 and the next around 6:30. So, since I didn't lose big this week, am going to try to get back into eating every 2-3hrs!

Well done on the loss,a loss of 1/2 to 1 gk a week is a good result so dont be too dissapointed. So close to double figures must be exciting.Good luck for next week.

Thankyou. Yes, being close to double figures is exciting, I am a little worried at the same time. Earlier in the year I was losing weight slowly, I got to 99kg then in one week put on 3kgs for no reason, then the following week I lost nothing, I pretty much gave up. So yeah, I slowly put the weight back on. Not bad though, I started the year at 112, last year I was 117kgs. The heaviest I have been was 127kgs. So I must say that while I still have a way to go I know I have been much heavier.
Best of luck for your weigh in. You must be so proud, you have lost an amazing amount of weight. Keep up the good work :D

Well, this week has been rough. I lost so much motivation for eating right. I wasn't eating main meals and was going for hours without food. Mid-week I jumped on the scales and saw the number 105kgs :o I nearly gave up. Instead on Thursday I ate right, did my exercise even though I didn't want to. Friday the same and the reward came today. 102kgs today, that is great :D
Start Week - 108kgs
Week 1 - 105kgs
Week 2 - 105kgs
Week 3 - 103kgs
Week 4 - 102kgs
Week 5 - 102kgs
Hey, works out to average a kilo a week which I think is a job well done. I am proud of those results :)

Jumped on the scales yesterday morning, despite it being ttom, weighed 104kgs, just shrugged, not too worried. I am feeling extremely bloated so hopefully next week I will be at the nice 102kgs again!! Although would not complain if I weighed less.

(((hugs))) RR - keep strong and keep safe and soon you'll see the results you want.

PS - remember that women can weigh more at that time of the month for some obscure reason

(((hugs)))

Well, weighed myself this morning, I am back to 105kgs. I have not been exercising, in fact this week I have gotten only two hours in. I have been drinking a fair bit, working thru some emotional stuff. Saying goodbye to my 20's has been harder than I thought it would be. I know drinking doesn't help, but stuff it, some people eat, others take drugs, I drink, lmao. That is my excuse and I am sticking to it :-P
So yeah, not worrying much about losing weight for the rest of the year, I will try to maintain my weight, any loss will be a bonus but not expected!

I think at this time of year it is better to have that view- who is not going to have a few drinks or eat way to much on Christams day? (i will be) No matter how disaplined it is a day of relaxation, kicking back and having a good time.
I hope you can remain relativly disaplined though and make the right choices so you dont gain anything though, we might want to have a good time but we dont want to put on too much weight.
