Well I did a bit of a crap thing tonight... after sticking to plan all week, tonight (the night before weigh in!!!) I go hay wire!! Hubby came back from school camp tonight (he's a teacher) and I was cooking him a yummy dinner (he actually wanted take away and I avoided that like the plague), and I decided to be good and make some scrambled eggs for myself. To make it fit in with my allowed foods for tony ferg I was going to have: one egg, one egg white, 60g light ham, a squash grated, some mushy's and some olives.
Instead I made: 3 eggs, 100g ham, a squash grated, 1/2 teaspoon of whole seed mustard and a good squirt of bbq sauce!!
It would have been fine if I didn't blow out the protein soooo much and eat the mustard and sauce!!! I really don't know if this will stuff me up for weigh in tomorrow or not, but I am not going to freak out, it's already down the hatch now, so there is no use stressing over it. I just have to accept the consequences and move on. I know it was an issue also because I skipped my lunch shake which I rarely do, so I was a bit more hungry tonight. Silly me!!
I am happy to note that I drank at least 2.5L of water every day this week...
Oh well, we'll see how I go in the morning... night all!!
