Today is the first day of my diet, i have weighed in at 86kg. My goal is to stick to my calories and do some exercise this week, im not expecting much from myself in terms of exercise as im very unfit. My ticker says my goal is 50kg as i was happy at this weight a few years ago, but that is quite small and im not certain thats what i will want to weigh. As i approach it, I will probably be able to tell what i really want to weigh when i get into the 60-65kg range.
