do you weigh yrself every week starr22? i don't bother as i see so little difference (even 1kg which is good barely registers) so i prefer to do it when i can SEE i have actually lost a fair amount of weight. do you find this same problem?
that's about 5'4" - just wondering why you wanted to go down to 60kg as i thought that might be a bit low, but i think if you are a bit shorter that makes sense
Yeah, it seems like a looong way away but I have been down to 63kg before and that was ok, I was about a size 10, but just, and my ultimate goal is to be a easy size 10. Don't really mind what i weigh as long as I can fit a 10
ah yes, i understand ----actually, way back (long time ago now when i was in my 20s I did weigh 57kg!!!) and was a size 10, hard to believe, but I think realistically I could not possibly get down to that weight again. I am happy with 65-70kg, but good on you for reaching for a specific goal, it helps to know what you want. I just DEFINITELY want to be under the big 70..
just weighed and am very happy I am now 80.3kg!! WoooHoooo So thats a loss of 1.3kg for my first week. I'm pretty happy with that, It's more than I would normally loose, but I guess it's mostly fluid in the first week Whatever it is, I don't care, better off than on
Kangagirl, it is nice living here, but I hardly ever go swimming cause I feel like crap in swimmwrs But I'm on my way to changing that! It's a beautiful place to live tho
