Wow Ive been so busy with exams + formal + job hunting, I forgot to weigh myself!
Ive been sick these past days so I havent been able to make it to the gym, but I've also lost my appetite. So hopefully that helped in losing some weight.
Although i have to say, i would much rather eat and exercise, than not eat and feel exercise. I find this method not only makes me feel healthier but also happier
