Well, my scales are telling me I've put on a kg= 91kg. I've eaten breakfast and morning tea though and just drank a litre of water - I hope that has something to do with it!!! :?

A litre of water is 1 kg in weight so with your breakfast weight on top of that I'd say you really lost some this week :D

Amazing actually cos I didn't do much exercise last week! Probably losing some muscle.

Last week 80kg
this week 79kg - yay I'm in the 70's
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
