I bought some new scales today that also try to measure body fat. I know that the method used by these scales
isn't as accurate as other methods, but it's nice to have a rough figure to work with. I tried out the scales and they gave me a measurement of 17.1%. I've been looking online to see what I should be at my age (I'm 25), but I'm finding contradictory info as always. Anyone know anything about this and can give some advice?
Also, I'll start weight in with the new scales starting tomorrow, keeping in mind that they may measure slightly differently.
