Ok, in my first week i've lost .7, which is not the best 1st week I've ever had but I'm pretty happy anyway. I have been exercising most days so that's a good thing. Still going to give it a few week before I decide on shakes or not.......

What kinda shakes you thinking? In my personal opinion, I think steer clear from the shakes. Its the best way to do it. Youre not overly heavy so I think if you put your mind to it and work hard ytou can get there without assisstance :-) good luck :-)

Congrats on your weight loss this week Jayne!! 700g is a good healthy loss, all the experts reckon that a loss between 0.5-1kg per week is sustainable and you're less likely to put the weight back on.

If you can pull out losses of 700g each week, you'll be doing really well!!! Keep at it!

Ok, so half a kg this week. Although I've been exercising more than I have in the past few months, i still need to be more careful about what I eat. Went to see Wicked during the week and around other people, I ate all the things I'm trying to avoid! So in actual fact, a small loss is probably good this week!! No challenges this week (EXCEPT FOR HEAT IN MELBOURNE) so I'm aiming for another half to one kg loss over the week, fingers crossed.......

half a kg is a great loss for a week, any loss is a great loss as far as im concerned. Keep up the great effort

Agreed - a loss is a loss and as long as it means the numbers aren't creeping back up then you're headed in the right direction. Good Work.

half a kilo is a great loss (and a sensible one!) and of course you are going to have a bit of slip at a function - that's just life. You can't expect to give up life completely - that's just not what this is about! Good luck with next week and great job this week! Best wishes, Alexandra
