Well i jumped on the scales and i have lost 1.4kg and i am so happy. I really watched what i ate and drank this week and it has paid off.
I have now made it out of the "very obese" range and now classed as "obese". I have to loose another 10kg b4 i am in the "overweight" range. I can feel my body changing and it is great. I went for a 2 hour walk last night and even managed to run a bit :lol: which is great because i dont run.

Yeah it does feel good to run and i dont have so much fat sitting on my butt and hips so it doesnt hurt as much as b4 LOL

Firstly- congrats on the loss, your doing great.

Running, my gosh i used to hate it- it hurt and made me feel sick just after 1min! Now I love running but can only manage about 10min on a good day. The more running you do the more weight you will lose, keep up the walking though as that goes for longer so will help a great deal with weight loss.

So this weeks weigh in i lost a big fat zero but to my suprise i lost a heap in my measurements
Bust lost 6cm
Tummy lost 6cm
Waist lost 5cm
Hips lost 5cm
Upper Leg lost 2cm
Upper Arm 3.5cm
Calfs lost 1cm
Neck lost 1cm

We double checked it all and i am gob smacked. I have been doing alot of running and i think that may have alot to do with it. Also started boxing and fit ball. I record my measurements every week just to get and idea of how i am going. But the clothes are getting looser.

That was all in one week? my gosh thats amazing, your doing really well. sounds like you have plenty of new mucles which will help with weight loss as time goes on. taking your measurments is really important as you have just realised.

Yesterday i had my weekly weigh in and i didnt loose any weight but lost a lot in measurements. I was not quite sure why the scales were saying i hadnt lost anything but i have had a upset tummy for the last couple of days. Well i weighed myself and i have lost 1kg. Either way i am happy with my week as i have been trying so hard.

This week i have lost 2.1kg YAY which means i am in the 80s :D

I am so happy and i also lost 14cm in total of my body as well.

I cannot remember the last time i weighed in the 80s my gosh i am so happy.

Ps This week i ran 1.5km without stopping i know its not very much but when you unfit and overweight its a huge achivement

Congratulations at the 2.1kg loss, Sezza. That's great! And further congratulations for being able to run for 1.5km non-stop. It just shows how fit you're getting!

Oops i am a bit late
Had a loss of .5kg i was a bit naughty :oops:
But my sister went out today and bought me a pair of track pants and guess what they are size 16 YAY
