Well i jumped on the scales and i have lost 1.4kg and i am so happy. I really watched what i ate and drank this week and it has paid off.
I have now made it out of the "very obese" range and now classed as "obese". I have to loose another 10kg b4 i am in the "overweight" range. I can feel my body changing and it is great. I went for a 2 hour walk last night and even managed to run a bit
which is great because i dont run.
