Postby The Monty » Fri Feb 06, 2009 6:08 pm

Ok, no stuffing aorund from me, I have been on here all of 5 minutes, and thought I may as well make up my own thread as well.
I weighed in on Tuesday at my start weight of 88.4kg's.
Today, 87.8. I pick up my home gym that is at a mates house tonight, hopefully that kick starts me a bit.
Im just going to be watching my calorie intake, and work on outputting as much of it as possible.
:D

Well I kind of missed Wednesday night, Im not sure where I got that Wednesday night was biggest looser weigh in night, but its Sunday, so I did it today to coincide with our little Biggest Looser challenge on here.

First of all I must say that I had a bad day yesterday. It was Valentines day which meant eating out, so I spoiled myself for being so good so far with loosing weight, Im allowed to have a meal off now and again, lol.
SO I ate a 500g T-bone, lol. And Bacon mashed potato, corn on the cob, and a chipotle butter over everything. Im too scared to even see what calories it has in it, lol.
And the came desert. Which was a plate of chocolate Nachos. Chocolate flavoured pastry in wedges, in chocolate syrup, with ice cream and whipped cream and dusted with icing sugar.
But anyway, Ill make up for it today with excercise, but I weighed in this morning and my weight is 84.6kg. To say I was supprised would be an understatement.
Go me !!!, lol.

I think sometimes its best not to now how many calories are in the food you have already eaten- is just depressing! But you cant live your life without going out and enjoying a good meal. Think of it this way- you had a great serve or protein which is important when losing weight, you had some vegies which obviously are good for you, there was dairy in there which helps build strong bones so its not like the meal was a complete right off :D

Sounds like your weight is comming off nicely so congrats
