I actually lost!

Postby Jenni » Tue Jun 13, 2006 3:06 pm

Well, Ive had a good week last week and then I sort of blew it on the weekend. But I started again thismorning. Up at 5am, gym class at 6, and my run at 8.

Last week: 80.5

This week: 79.2

Okay, now I just have to maintain...here goes another week!

last week 69kg
and surprise surprise......not!!! this week 69kg.

I have to admit I haven't been trying very hard the last few weeks, and spending a lot of time in Bunbury certainly hasnt helped as I have had to grab lunch or tea from something fast food quite a few times. I have had subway twice tho. Painful when I want to drive and eat cos I don't have the time to sit down!!!

Last week: 72.4kg
This week: 72.6kg :(

I know its only 0.2kg but when you're trying to lose weight, gaining is not something that makes me feel good. I've been eating fine so I guess its just one of those things. I'll cross my fingers for a big loss next week! :)

put on another kg!!!! 81kg WTF!!!!
Right. No more eating morning teas. Must refocus and get back on track.

This makes me worry about how do I stop losing weight when I get to my goal without putting it all back on??
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!

Tegan I think losing 30kgs proves you have what it takes to get to your goal and have the tools to stay on track if you find yourself creeping up. Whether you know it or not you are an inspiration to me if not others on here.

You know you can achieve what you set your mind to. Good luck.
