Pauls Weigh In

Hey all,

I started my health kick after xmas, getting to 93kg was a low point. I got down to 83kg about 2 weeks ago, but a week long holiday in queensland has seen me hit 84kg again.

This morning I weighed in at 84.2kg. - 19th March 2009

I will report each week how things are going, I am eating the right foods again and about to start exercising again also.

I am 6 foot 2 and 32 years old, sit at a desk for 8 hours a day.

wow 80kg is very low for ur height?? i'm 6'4 and should be at 94ish kg's (hahahaahahahahahahhaha yeah right.)

71 to 88kg is supposedly my optimum weight range. I am now starting to increase my weight lifting sessions per week. I would like to hover around the 80kg mark, get rid of some belly fat and tone up.

83kg as of 30th march, doing a lot more weight exercises now.

8th April - 82.9 this morning, still doing weights and interval training on alternating days.
