I really feel like the bigger picture has changed. I'm still eating a fair bit of chocolate haha but overall I think im gdoing quite well. I'm starting to crave healthier foods. Friday night was pizza night and I didnt even feel like it. I had a felafel wrap with salad instead. At Saturday's Yum Cha I only ate the steamed dumplings. No fried bad-boys.
I only drank low carb beer on my Saturday night and 2 slices of thin and crispy pizza as my hangover cute. I definately feel like a changed woman. I havent weighed myself (it makes me anxious!) but jeans are looser, and I feel trimmer all round thanks to doing 2 body attack classes a week.
