Yay thats a milestone! I was so excited to lose my first 5 - now i am coming up to 10 i cant believe it!! Just want it gone - i am so sure it wont come back either - too committed!!
Weekends are hard hey! I find Fridays the hardest - after work. Nice work on the loss! I think it is important to realise that you cant really make up for a binge by starving yourself...cos then your body will just stockpile anythign you DO give it! I think more important would be to guzzle the water to flush and extra sodium out of your body
