Okay my goal is not going to happen! but hey what can you do? lol i weighed in early this week as it's my birthday and i am having a guilt free day at Max Brenners and a Thi resteraunt! lol i am 81.6 this morning thats a loss of 800g...am happy with that! my goal for next week now is just to get back in the 80's somewhere! am sure i can do it if i want it bad enough! lol

WELL APPARENTLY I DIDN'T WANT IT BAD ENOUGH! LOL i went up to 82.2 last week and todays weigh in i have lost 1kg sigh... it's a constant up down battle with the scales though i must say i eat bad on the weekends! am trying to walk more wich i think has been helping! mmm well am on holidays for the next 2 weeks...am hoping i can keep up the losses! lets c how it goes hey!

WOOHOO!!!!!!!! lost 400g this week....doesn't seem like much i know but if you saw what i ate last week youd be suprised too! will keep on keeping on i would love to make it to the 70's next weigh in.... will c how i go!

okay, last week i forgot to post, weighed in at 80.6...this week i weigh in at 80.6 as well...i had a REALLY :evil: bad weekend thursday morning i weighed 82.8 kg then i did the 40 hr famine and this morning i am weighing 80.6 so thats reall a loss of 2.2kg but from last week i am the same! LOL i REALLY want to get into the 70's next week! i figure i can last a whole 40 hrs without any food for charity, surley i can only eat 3 meals a day for myself??? you'd think wouldn't you???? LOL tho with me i don't know

Good on you for doing the 40 hour famine. Fasting isn't necessarily good for weight loss, but in this case it's great for charity!

It's great that you're down to 80.6kg. Well done!

Sorry to hear you're not happy with your eating. Is there any way you can plan ahead to avoid your more typical temptations? I know that if I get too hungry I immediately reach for processed carbs, so I'm making sure our kitchen is stocked with plenty of fresh fruit this week. Is there anything you can think of doing that would help you avoid snacking on things you shouldn't be eating?

Thanks for posting the pics and your stats to date. It is very encouraging for me to see someone stick at it and get thru the ups and downs. I have dieted for years and have not maintained any success so hence joining the forum for a bit of support. You're stickability is inspirational!
