I've decided to start my own weight loss tracking page to record my weight loss trends.
My CK weekly weigh in day is sunday so I'll stick to that. I did however weigh in today so my starting weight is 63.8kgs
I've made a challenge with my PT to reach 58kgs by May 28th. In order to meet my challenge goal i need to ave 1.2kgs/wk. Considering my ave weekly loss is 300gs I'm going to have to work hard to increase this and be strict with my eating.
