Wow just realised I havent been on here for a while!
I have my gym appraisal tomorrow so will log in my weight then. Although I did weight in at home over the weekend and was around 65kg.
I start a personal training course full time next week and am looking forward to gaining more knowledge to help me in my own weight loss as well!
I havent been doing as much exercise as i should have been, but have started this week well with a 3.5km run yesterday, and a 1/2 hour personal training session this morning.
My downfall is definitely food, and especially at this time of year when all you want is hot food, not summery salads, and i cannot seem to stop eating chocolate....after lunch AND after dinner
I know that i shouldnt be eating it so often....but i still do....
Well i bought a block of lindt 85% dark chocolate, so at least i have a sort of "healthy" chocolate in the fridge for this week.
