I am going to start logging on here daily food/exercise so i cant cheat...only 18 days till i go to Bali....

Exercise: RPM Class (about 500calories)

B: 1/2 cup muesli, 1/2 tub yoplait forme vanilla, 20 sultanas, 1 TB LSA (243cal)
S: 1 cup fruit salad (100cal)
L: 3 rice cakes, 100g cottage cheese, 1 small tomato, 5 rice crackers (346cal)
S: 100g hommus, 15 rice crackers (235cal)
D: Salad w cafe 26 dressing, and bega so light cheese cubes (286cal)

Total: 1210 calories
Total Burnt: 500 calories

Weighed In this morning, at 65kg, but its TTOTM so will weigh again on the weekend hopefully just retaining water!

yesterday followed food plan all day, at night had 2 x cow cheese triangles, and also had a frozen dinner with my salad, calories would have been way out.

Here is todays food plan (I am going to stick to it!!!!):
B: 2 slices Burgen Soy-Lin with cottage cheese, tomato sliced and cracked pepper (240 cal)
S: 15 rice crackers with hommus (235 cal)
L: Salad (Spinach, Grape Tomato, Mushroom, Cucumber, Capsicum, Carrot, Avocado, 1/4 cup grated cheese, 1 Tbsp cafe 26 dressing) 3 x chickpea and spinach sausages - small (389 cal)
S: Fruit Salad (100 cal)
D: Coles Mushroom Agnolotti Meal (352 cal)

Exercise:
20 minute crunched class (197 cal)
Run 3.5km (221 cal)

Total: 1316 calories
Total Burnt: 418 calories

Wow just realised I havent been on here for a while!
I have my gym appraisal tomorrow so will log in my weight then. Although I did weight in at home over the weekend and was around 65kg.
I start a personal training course full time next week and am looking forward to gaining more knowledge to help me in my own weight loss as well!
I havent been doing as much exercise as i should have been, but have started this week well with a 3.5km run yesterday, and a 1/2 hour personal training session this morning.
My downfall is definitely food, and especially at this time of year when all you want is hot food, not summery salads, and i cannot seem to stop eating chocolate....after lunch AND after dinner :x I know that i shouldnt be eating it so often....but i still do....
Well i bought a block of lindt 85% dark chocolate, so at least i have a sort of "healthy" chocolate in the fridge for this week.
