Thanks Sue :D

End of Week 20
Thurs 1st Oct: 106.5
loss of 1.5kg this week, 28.7kg loss in total.

I'm glad I had a couple of good weeks with big numbers because it was my birthday yesterday and I ate and ate and ate, first breaky in bed, then kebab for lunch and then bikkies and dip and then pizza then cheese cake then more cheesecake. Damn I felt sick last night lol weighed in this morning and I'm a 1.8kg heavier than Thursday . Now I'm going onto contingency plan, I think a couple days detox and light eating til next weigh in and maybe just maybe I can maintain rather than gain this week.

Same here! I had my birthday last week and ate so much. What is it about birthdays that makes us eat so much!

Have got new motivation now, my sis is getting married and asked me to be her matron of honour wedding is god knows when but engagement party is towards end of november, I'm going to find a hot dress to wear 8)

Thanks Sue, I'm not going to beat myself up over it, its just a small hurdle and I'll jump it it and keep going strong :D

I was looking at some old pics on facebook I found  and comparing them to one I took a couple of days ago. Somedays it feels like I haven't lost anything and I feel like the same old fat me but I could really see a different in these pics just in my face....

A definite difference there Julz, well done :) .

I have days where I dont feel any different than I did a couple of years back also, I think it is just part and parcel of the whole weight loss thing.

been a while since I checked in, I have been terrible. I fell off the wagon and at one point went back up to 112. I started re-losing what I gained and have got it back down to around 107ish, will do a proper weigh in next thursday morning. Pretty annoyed at myself because I know I could have been under 100 now instead of going backwards. I think I'm in the right mindset now, really motivated, I want to see how much I can lose in 3 weeks b4 my sisters engagement party. I'm hoping the little break will have tricked my body into thinking I'm starting a diet again because whenever I start one I can always lose large amounts in the first couple of weeks  fingers crossed!

Thanks sassy :)

Well I haven't checked in for quite a while I have had something else on my mind. I am no longer trying to lose weight now that has been postponed, I have something more important to worry about. I am pregnant  This came completely out of the blue and I didn't know that it was even possible lol. I spent 5 years trying to concieve with my last child and had to undergo fertility treatment. Now to our absolute shock I have fallen pregnant naturally without even trying, we weren't trying to not get me pregnant I just didn't think I would be able to without fertility treatment again. I can only put this little miracle down to my recent weight loss, it must have done wonders for my pcos and fertility :D So I am now 5 weeks pregnant, I am not going to try to lose weight, I would like to maintain my weight which would result in a small loss after giving birth. I am determmined not to pile on the pounds and I am going to eat healthy to give bubs the best chance. I have put on a little weight lately but I have been eating very well nothing naughty! so I am putting it down to fluid retention and pregnancy changes within my body.

Thanks for everyone that supported me on my weightloss journey, I'll be back next year determined to shift the rest of the weight. I know there a few ladies trying to lose weight to help with their fertility, my advice do it! lose that weight give it your best, I still have a lot of weight to lose but just dropping 30kgs has obviously done wonders for my body :)
