I'm glad I had a couple of good weeks with big numbers because it was my birthday yesterday and I ate and ate and ate, first breaky in bed, then kebab for lunch and then bikkies and dip and then pizza then cheese cake then more cheesecake. Damn I felt sick last night lol weighed in this morning and I'm a 1.8kg heavier than Thursday . Now I'm going onto contingency plan, I think a couple days detox and light eating til next weigh in and maybe just maybe I can maintain rather than gain this week.

Well I haven't checked in for quite a while I have had something else on my mind. I am no longer trying to lose weight now that has been postponed, I have something more important to worry about. I am pregnant This came completely out of the blue and I didn't know that it was even possible lol. I spent 5 years trying to concieve with my last child and had to undergo fertility treatment. Now to our absolute shock I have fallen pregnant naturally without even trying, we weren't trying to not get me pregnant I just didn't think I would be able to without fertility treatment again. I can only put this little miracle down to my recent weight loss, it must have done wonders for my pcos and fertility So I am now 5 weeks pregnant, I am not going to try to lose weight, I would like to maintain my weight which would result in a small loss after giving birth. I am determmined not to pile on the pounds and I am going to eat healthy to give bubs the best chance. I have put on a little weight lately but I have been eating very well nothing naughty! so I am putting it down to fluid retention and pregnancy changes within my body.
Thanks for everyone that supported me on my weightloss journey, I'll be back next year determined to shift the rest of the weight. I know there a few ladies trying to lose weight to help with their fertility, my advice do it! lose that weight give it your best, I still have a lot of weight to lose but just dropping 30kgs has obviously done wonders for my body
