Thanks danielle, I had an easy week this week diet wise so I am very happy to say that i'm the same as last week. It sort of gives me an idea of what proportions I'll need to eat to maintain my loss. (which at the moment stands at 10.9kg!) Also I snuck in a few unhealthy options like tripple choc muffins and nice big cheese and bacon white bread rolls, foods that i was to scared of to even look at before. Its stupid to be scared of food. Last night we ran out of milk and the boyfriend had to run out and get some, all that was left at the servo was full cream. When it came inside I swear i nearly panicked. But I ended up putting it in the mash potatoe, and then even had a tall glass of milo which i throughly enjoyed without skyrocketing back to 73.9kg. I know I couldn't do this every day but am glad I'm abit more realistic about what food does. So I am pleased with my result. Hopefully next week i can drop the last K.

Thats good u kinda know what u can eat and cant to kind hover and maintain the weight.
I have been naughty in the milk department.. i still have full cream milk for coffee and cereal, but i did buy skim milk last week.. but when i ran out went back to normal milk lol other then coffee and cereal i dont really drink milk much anyways.

looking forward to seeing u reach ur goal :) keep it up!

Well I haven't recorded a weigh in for a bit, the last cupple have been up. So it was good this week to record a loss. Today I unbelievably have busted 63 and now weigh 62.8. So about 800 grams to go. I just couldn't believe it when i weighed in this morning, I reckon I must have the best metabolism on the planet! After all the crap I put in my body this week. So onwards and upwards (or is it downwards?) I might even make my september challenge goal, I've got 5 days right! LOL!

Thanks foolscap, my total weight loss so far is 11.1kgs. Its werid becuase now that it gone i can't really remember how bad i must have looked.I remember i felt unhappy with my weight, i felt fat but i guess I thought other people didn't see it. i'm still wearing most of the same clothes I wore when i was bigger so muffin tops and bulges must have been happening every where! My BMI when i started was just inside the healthy weight range at 24.4. I think that was what gave me a kick start to loose weight. I knew i was fat but to actually have it 'proven' I didn't want that to happen. That and a video my bf took of me on the beach, i thought i looked sexy and hot, but i when i saw it i was just frumpy and fat. none of the photos from that trip suvived except the video. Now my BMI is 20.7 so i don't want to go much lower. I'm just real keen to hit the pool I can't wait to feel the streach of freestyle and watch my arms slice through the water, plus I'm getting myself a new long sleeve rashie for laps, and for the beach a new cossie, I would love to try one of those one pieces that are all cut out, i reckon they look hot.

Catch you soon

Wow you are nearly there!

It's great that the holiday pics motivated you....that is what motivated me also...seeing a photo of myself where I thought I looked good at the time but I didn't!

It's funny how it's hard to remember how we felt before, but even though I have only lost 2kg, I do remember having a BIGGER muffin top and feeling more uncomfortable in my clothes than I do now. I think one gets used to muffin tops and forgets how it is not a good look, until we lose the weight and see the difference!

Thanks Emmer, pics will definantly come when we finally get to the beach! Man I have been so keen to get there but forces out of my control have been agaisnt us! Last weekend the parents wanted to visit, this weeekend the boy has to shear. Argh, I want to get my new swimmers!

Yeah, nearly there love to shop! This week I'm sitting at 62.8, and nicely I think! I haven't lost any weight but after the week I had i'm just glad I can hold that spot below 63. What I really want to do is start swimming, my local pool is finally open and I get sick. miss the first couple of days. then when I feel right the thing springs a leak and they have to close for repairs! I love swimming it tones me up so well. I haven't been for a run in weeks now. So the not much exercise is not helping. I still walk get a walk in every day though.

best of luck everyone!
