So here goes, I have decided to get my weight under control once and for all... So tonight I got on the scales for the first time.
Weight on Sunday 31st May 2009 (evening weigh in) - 109.1kilos
- 240.00 pounds
Very depressing reading those figures, but I have to approach this positivley.... Instead of thinking about how much I weigh I am going to focus on getting it off. I am breaking the weight loss down to small bite sized chunks. So my first goal is to loose 10 kilos by the end of August 2009. Here goes!
