Well I would usually do this tomorow but I decided to do it today!

This Week: 103.2
I lost 2.4 kg lost
OMG same amount lost as last week! Im so gunna be fit before I expect it!
During this week I started to eat less and.. well i'll be honest i havent been eating healthy but I have looked at the amount of kj's on the packet to make sure I wasnt eating too much calories. Oh and this week i have made sure i wont eat any fast food. (trust me its hard when you work at a fast food store) going well so far.
