I thought id have a spot seperate to my journey just for my weigh in's. Well im very pleased to kick of my new thread with a fantastic result. Here we go,
SW: 125.2 kg
CW: 90.3 kg which is a loss of 1.8kg
I was very glad to see a loss after my first gain last week after joining the gym, now I am sure the gym is going to be another turning point in my journey. For more information about me and to see my measurement info (lost a total 19cm from my body this week also) please head to my spot in the personal progress section. I will check in each week with my weigh in results (monday).
This weeks goals are;
1. Go to the gym at least four days and attend at least 2classes
2. Enjoy my rest day and get out and about
3. Really concentrate on getting down my 2litres of water each day.
