Starting weight: 93kg; 105cm waist

Last week: 87.4kg; 96cm

This week (after 4 weeks on TF diet): 86kg; 94cm.

That's 1.4kg and 2cm

Total loss: 7kg; 11cm - both in 4 weeks.

Well done Hayley, its good to take a look at the overall achievements.

Well I missed weigh in last week, just completely forgot, ooooppps mummy mush brain.

Anyway this morning I weighed in

2 weeks ago - 123.8kg
This week - 121.8kg

Yipeee 2kg in 2 weeks

So thats 3.6 in 4 weeks and I'm really pleased with that.
Been out walking this morning and ran around the footy ground with my daughter for about 2 hours yesterday...she slept well.

Been ill with the flu so not enough exercise and not focusing on good eating patterns.

last week 118.3kg

today 115.5kg had a great week, been a bit sick though.
There has to be a siliver lining though doesnt there 8)

You can join in now Chic. No problems. Just weigh in sometime in the week. I've been lazy this week and havent weighed cos I am too scared!!! I've been eating too much crap this week!!! I'll leave it til next week!

80.5 this week. Safely inside normal BMI range at 24.6. Body Fat 16.9%. Waist 91cm.

When I go off my Low Calory diet, I'll probably spring back up a couple of kg and I need to allow that safety factor, so I'll keep going until I reach my target.

As NASA say - All parameters nominal.

Start weight as at 4-8-06
108.6Kg's

First goal is to double digits :)

Long-term goal is 75Kg's

Finally!!
Lost a kg this week, down to 77, hopefully I'm back on the downward...
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!

Yay! My first weigh-in since I started on this website and I've lost 2 kilograms in the week!

Mighty impressive, since I had THREE dinners out this week.. I was really careful about what I ate though (except Thursday, if anyone has a strategy for resisting free kahlua chocolate mousse I'd like to hear it!)...

I hope to maintain losing, I was aiming for 0.5-1kg per week so I'm rapt with this, it helps motivate me to go for my training run/walk tomorrow!

Thanks for your support so far everyone!

And look, the TICKER HAS MOVED! Yes!

Kahlua chocolate mousse eh? That's a tough one to resist. We're going out to the Pier Nine restaurant in Brisbane on Monday night, so that will also be a toughie for us next week :) Just as well I made some headway this week.

Last week: 54.5kg
This week : 54.3 kg

Still no change :(

Yesterday I weighed 52.4kg, so I could have posted a loss of over 2kgs! Thought I better not... it was only this low due to the amount of alcohol that I drank the night before, meaning I was very dehydrated :(
